GOLF TOURNAMENT

Arrival Time: 9:30am
Please check-in in building directly next to golf shack upon arrival to receive score cards, golf keys, activity list and dinner ticket
Location: Black Bull Golf Resort (Executive Course)

- $120 per person (Includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart & dinner)
- Will be playing the 9-hole executive course TWICE to equal the 18 holes total
- Please register per person via "Register Here" button on home page and make a note of who is on your team
- Teams of up to 4 ppl, TEXAS SCRAMBLE
- Depending on the number of teams playing, there may be 2 teams playing per hole
- Shot gun start (All teams start at the same time but on different holes)
- The entire 9-hole course is rented out to the tournament only, in hopes to have all teams finish at the same time

Every hole sunk, your name goes in the draw for half the funds

SILENT AUCTION
Start Time: 12:00pm
Location: Hilah Ayers Wilderness RV Park (Open area that is far left of the entrance)

- STARS merchandise will be sold on site
- Debit machines and cash available
- Auction items will be split into two color coded groups, with each group being cut off from biding at different times to allow bidders to receive their items in a timely manner

- $30 per person (Please register via "Register Here" button on home page)
- Check in at picnic area to receive your dinner ticket before proceeding to BBQ
(Golfers will receive their dinner ticket at the golf course)
- Menu: Steak or Chicken, Baked Potato (with toppings), Cesar Salad, Baked Beans, Mixed Desserts
50/50 DRAW
50/50 tickets will be sold to anyone and everyone how would like to participate.
**No need to participate in golf tournament or silent auction in order to buy tickets**
